Natural Electrolyte Water

Traditional electrolyte drinks purchased from a supermarket can be packed with artificial sweeteners and preservatives. Making your own electrolyte water at home is an easy and natural way to give you a morning boost.


Chilled water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
(yes, it's that simple)
Stir it in a glass or shake it in a bottle, best served cold. You can chose to add mint or other fruits to your electrolyte water to give it some added taste.
